Videosys deliver six DTC Broadcast Nano’s to Camera Revolution to meet demanding production environments
Videosys Broadcast are pleased to announce the delivery of six DTC Broadcast Nano’s (BNTX) to Camera Revolution
The Broadcast Nano is a DTC Wireless RF Transmitter developed from the original Nano now incorporating a control panel, forced cooling and improved thermal performance. It enables production teams such as Camera Revolution to deliver stunning high definition images using H.264 encoding with ultra-low latency

Videosys is pleased to announce the sale of five Camera Control Systems to Presteigne Broadcast Hire Ltd which will be used on a major sporting event on the River Thames in London on April 2019.

Videosys’ Camera Control System is comprised of three units – Indoor Unit (IDU), Outdoor Unit (ODU) and Camera Receiver (CCRX). The CC system provides an end-to-end solution from RCP to camera for the outside broadcaster, allowing them to seamlessly control their camera settings, no matter what the location. Available in a ready-to-install system or the option of a bespoke system if required.

Our equipment already met much of the system requirements, but coupled with further development from our side, we were able to deliver the multi zone functionality over the existing IP network fulfilling the control requirements on a tight deadline.

Videosys successfully installed three complete RF Mini Cam Transmission systems and at this years’ Bournemouth Airshow along with two roaming radios camera systems to broadcast live on the big screens on the beach and streamed direct to Air Show TV on YouTube. On a custom made mount, Videosys secured a mini-cam with Broadcast Nano RF transmitter and 1W Nano PA to one of the members of the Tiger Army Parachute Display Team providing pictures even inside the aircraft over the jump zone. In addition, two cameras were fitted, one on the wing the other above the cockpit of the Super Pitts Muscle Plane. A further system was fixed to one on the Aero SuperBatics Wing Walkers offering stunning images of the wing walking girls in action. Using an array of 6 antennas fed into three PRORXD receivers, coupled with a further remote receive position IP linked back to the main MCR, Videosys was able relay video signals from the planes and parachutist’s directly to the big screens on the beach giving everyone attending a close up of the on-board action #antenna #RF #transmitter #videosys
